We want you to love your CaddyCool fans. If you are not completely happy, you have 60 days from delivery to request a refund or free replacement.

How to start a return

Message us through our Contact page (or email caddycool11@gmail.com) with your order number and reason. We reply within 24 hours with next steps. For most issues you will not need to ship anything back.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds go to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or defective

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 60 days with a photo and we will send a free replacement or full refund - no return required.
